We deliver an array of building services from maintenance, H&S compliance, contract procurement, managing and overseeing work contracts, tenant engagement and query handling and a 24-hour help desk, property inspections and managing service charge budgets, whilst all the time ensuring expenditure is well managed.
At the core of our first-class service are excellent relationships and knowledge – from understanding our clients’ property objectives to knowing our tenants’ needs, we work hard to connect the dots to deliver investment returns, where costs are planned for, and there are no nasty surprises.
We manage large projects, such as launching an innovation centre, and installing electric car charging points, whilst also dealing with unexpected events like car racers, trespassers, accidents on public highways within our estates, bike thefts and lift faults - we are adept at on the spot problem solving.
From Cambridge Science Park, comprising 58 buildings and 130 tenants, to a single office building, we deliver property plans to problem solve and protect our clients’ reputations, day in, day out
