Williams Advanced Engineering took units at Oxford Technology Park and Chalker Way, Banbury and Pro-Drive Motorsport entered into a sale & leaseback on its unit at Central M40, Banbury. The growth of high tech and life sciences is boosting the demand for hybrid industrial units in the county. Demand for standard industrial units weakened in the first half of 2023, reflecting the uncertain outlook for the wider economy.
