Duncan has spent his career working within the Oxford market, and is committed to this exciting location and its life sciences boom.
With the number of spin-out companies in Oxford growing rapidly, Duncan has seen a huge demand in the current market. To facilitate this growth, he is involved with many projects to design purpose built lab facilities, with the aim that they will be fitted out for fully operational labs, providing purpose built functional facilities.
Having worked in Oxford for 20+ years, he has been involved in a variety of acquisition and commercial agency projects such as working on one of the most premier parks in the city, Oxford Park. He has also been involved with a 130,000 sq ft battery development/manufacturing facility in Banbury, giving advice from finding suitable buildings to ensuring that planning is secured.
