Following the acquisition of land on behalf of our clients, we worked with the promoter to obtain planning permission and then sell the consented site for maximum return.
We oversaw the exercise of an option over part of the land for 200 homes to the promoter, negotiated the sale of land for a further 1,100 homes together with the surrender of the promotion agreement, and then marketed and successfully sold land on the open market for the remaining 700 homes.
Using our extensive professional experience and market knowledge, we ensured that the process ran as smoothly as possible, to allow our clients’ objectives to be realised.
As the agent representing all four landowners we were able to bring their interests together, speaking with one voice and delivering real returns for the landowners.
