20 Station Road is a pre let grade A 65,000 sq ft office development leased to Fora, a high end serviced office operator.
The schemes forms the next key site in the ongoing development of the CB1 mixed use masterplan centred upon Cambridge Station.
Fora is now in occupation undertaking its fit out with an opening planned for 2023.
