Our latest Databook provides an update on the M1 South Industrial Market
Demand for industrial space in the M1 South region fell in the first half of 2023, compared with the exceptionally high levels of the last two years. However, although availability has increased, it remains low at 4.9% and prime industrial rents in Milton Keynes and Northampton rose by 24% and 36%, respectively in the first half. The region’s strength as a distribution location means that despite economic headwinds it continues to attract investors and there were £118 million deals in the first half of 2023.
