Brand new training headquarters for Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies.

Thanks to our long-standing relationship with the client, we were approached to provide a pre-acquisition survey and fully costed feasibility study for the purchase and conversion of a former private school. The client wished to utilise the site as a police training facility for East Anglia, equipped with all the modern amenities required by the emergency services.  

Following the pre-survey process and acquisition, we worked with the client on the comprehensive refurbishment and conversion of the 11 buildings on site. This multi-year project created classrooms, office space, a data centre, and sports hall facilities for the client.
