Bidwells appoints Business Space Agency Partner, Holly Dawson, as Head of its Milton Keynes office.
With 20 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, Holly will be heading up the office and driving forward Bidwells’ Milton Keynes initiative.
The multi-disciplinary office supports landowners, property investors and developers as well as strategic delivery partners across the Oxford to Cambridge Arc, ensuring Milton Keynes leads this regional science and technology-driven economy.
Holly contributed to Bidwells, Perkins and Will and Blackstock’s recently released Radical Regeneration Manifesto, discussing the future industry and why we need to encourage the technologies that will drive the next industrial revolution. The manifesto has brought together 25 built environment industry leaders representing a market with assets totalling over £50bn, to think big about UK regeneration and its next economic powerhouse, the Oxford to Cambridge Arc.
Holly said, “It is a really exciting time for the area. With plans for MK:U due to be submitted this summer, and more start-ups looking for office space outside of London, our position on the Oxford to Cambridge Arc, and presence in Milton Keynes is needed more than ever. I am looking forward to continuing our work with local stakeholders to ensure the city reaches its full potential.”
