Bidwells’ Residential Team Take Home Three Prestigious Awards

Our Residential agency, and development teams won three national Negotiator Awards for their agency success, their property management department and their work on land and new homes developments.

Bidwells, for the second year running, were named Regional Agency of the Year: East of England and Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year. They were also awarded the accolade of Property Management Department of the Year.

The Negotiator Awards is the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK. The awards are organised by Propertydrum Ltd, publisher of the residential property trade magazine, The Negotiator.

Head of Residential at Bidwells, David Bentley, said:

The Awards followed The Negotiator Conference & Expo where over 400 agents listened to opinions and advice from 23 expert speakers and industry leaders, including Rt Hon. George Osborne CH, TV presenter and financial journalist Naga Munchetty, and David Smith, Economic Editor, The Sunday Times – while also networking with some of the industry’s most innovative suppliers.
