Our specialist team are here to guide all projects involving heritage assets to a successful conclusion

Proposing alterations to historic buildings or environments need not preclude innovation or adaptation. Rather, developments can be carefully managed to preserve and enhance the historic environment for the benefit of all.

Here at Bidwells, we are strong believers in navigating changes, balancing the requirements of the client with the significance of heritage assets through sensitive design and adaptation. Early engagement of a heritage consultant allows for coordination with clients, architects, the local planning authority and other stakeholders to shape a clear strategy, reduce risk and give your project the best chance of success.
