New homes at former Waterbeach Barracks site move a step closer after first land sale
The first new homes at the former Waterbeach barracks and airfield site in Cambridgeshire have taken a big step forward after master developer Urban&Civic confirmed that Stonebond Properties has been selected as the development partner for the first gateway parcel.
At the end of 2018, Bidwells, together with Estates Gazette (EG), hosted a conference examining the investment potential of Oxford-Cambridge Arc, with Treasury Minister Robert Jenrick MP opening the day by describing the Arc as a “national priority” and “one of the world’s greatest economic opportunities”.
Permission for 4,000 new Attleborough homes secured by Bidwells' Norwich Planning team
Bidwells’ Norwich planning team is celebrating a long-term success after planners gave the green light to 4,000 homes on the outskirts of Attleborough in Norfolk. Breckland Council unanimously resolved to approve outline permission for the 217 hectare (536 acres) site on behalf of Ptarmigan Land.

Planning team success as Scone retirement scheme gets green light
Head of Planning (Scotland), Mark Myles, welcomed the decision today by Perth & Kinross Council’s Planning and Development Management Committee to approve a planning application for 51 retirement living apartments on the site of the former Wheel Inn, Scone.
