Experience in the renewables’ development world gives Nicola a 360-degree view of exactly what’s involved in a successful energy project.

A genuine passion to help achieve NetZero drives her to support clients in their plans to develop green energy, achieve sustainability and improve connectivity. With almost a decade's worth of experience in renewables, and expertise gained in the telecoms industry, she is well connected.
Nicola is switched on to environmental issues and is continually seeking innovative ways to progress our energy generation and infrastructure. She is scoping floating and onshore solar opportunities as well as hydrogen and storage technologies alongside established installations such as onshore wind.
A chartered surveyor with professional expertise in acquisition, project, estates and asset management, Nicola is vastly experienced in securing land rights for renewables projects. This can involve multi-stakeholder engagement, financial projections, due diligence and at times, compensatory woodland planting schemes.
Having a deep understanding of both developer and landowner requirements provides her with a valuable knowledge base and helps drive our energy and renewables team into the next era of technological and legislative change for the sector.
Nicola is very approachable and proactive, makes the whole process very enjoyable!
