Oxford continued to see steady demand across its commercial property market.

Lab take-up in Oxford in the first six months of 2026 (67,500 sq ft) was in line with previous first halves and requirements rose, reflecting good demand from both scale-ups and Big Pharma. The Oxford office market was quieter with take-up of 58,300 sq ft, but a further 77,600 sq ft was under-offer at mid-year and there is strong interest from tech firms and serviced office providers. Both labs and offices should see rental growth in the second half of this year.
