Rebecca manages rural investments from Dorset to East Yorkshire for historic Cambridge colleges and the UK’s biggest institutions.
Rebecca links our farming and property services with the attention to detail and focus on deadlines her clients rely on. More than that, she enjoys helping develop Bidwells’ graduates, having started out in the rural investment team herself in 2014.
Rebecca provides that crucial link between the rural and property worlds, working with the Wellcome Trust, some of Cambridge’s oldest colleges and other institutional clients, offering comprehensive management services for their extensive and varied portfolios.
She is responsible for the management of agricultural, residential and commercial properties and undertakes the full range of professional work, as well as providing strategic estate planning and the appraisal of substantial and diverse rural property investments.
Rebecca is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers for which she sits on the committee for the local association.
