James joined Bidwells in 2011 following an undergraduate degree in Rural Land Management. He works for a variety of different clients including both institutional and private landowners. He is principally involved in the management and development of rural asset-based portfolios as well as having an involvement in the Rural Agency team.
James has been involved in a number of key projects and transactions including appraising, procuring and project managing a significant reservoir and irrigation scheme on an estate in East Suffolk. James has recently taken a notable role in the acquisition and leaseback of two large blocks of strategic land on the outskirts of a Midland city as well as in Essex. James has extensive experience of managing rural portfolios specifically identifying opportunities that create new and alternative income streams for various clients in the region.
