Bidwells strengthens retail team with Partner appointment

James joins Bidwells from McDonald’s, where he was Senior Estates Surveyor responsible for managing and optimising the company’s operational property portfolio. James delivered strategic asset management, ensuring the company’s property supported business priorities and delivered long term value for the business.    

Prior to McDonald’s, James held roles at Carter Jonas and Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialised in shopping centre development and leasing, advising clients across a range of retail and leisure assets and supporting leasing strategies to drive occupancy and performance. 

At Bidwells, James will work across the firm’s retail and leisure offer, focusing on strengthening relationships with both landlords and occupiers, and supporting client objectives across the Golden Triangle.
