Bidwells appoints new Head of Residential Research

Cabot joins from CBRE where he spent 12 years in its UK research team, most recently as Head of Residential Research. Prior to this he worked for London Property developer Aitch Group and started his career in the financial services sector, with wealth management roles at Standard Chartered Bank and W1M. 

At Bidwells, Cabot will work alongside Research Director Sue Foxley and the wider research team, providing strategic insight and market intelligence across the UK residential sector. His research will draw on Bidwells' market-leading position in the science and technology economy, connecting the growth of the UK's innovation clusters to the drivers of residential demand across the firm's client base.
