Bidwells appoints Duncan MacIver as Head of Property & Asset Management

Duncan brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in commercial property management, most recently as a Partner and Head of Commercial at Cluttons. 

Prior to that he spent eight years at MAPP, where he rose to Executive Director and Head of Property Management (London). In this role he oversaw the firm's most profitable division, managing a number of their top clients and national funds. Before MAPP, Duncan was a Director at CBRE, where he held roles across the National Portfolio and Specialist Market team.

Duncan's appointment reflects a deliberate strategic shift within the Investment and Property Management team, which is putting more resources into business development and growth. His remit will span operational leadership, team development and new business generation – a critical addition that will provide a capability that is central to the team’s next phase of growth. 

Duncan will be based across Bidwells' London and Cambridge offices.
