Spring Local Plan Watch 2026

The event will bring together members of our Planning team to discuss headline developments across Cambridgeshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Norfolk & Suffolk and Essex.

Now over a year on from the revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), this session will examine how national policy changes are being implemented in practice, how local authorities are responding through plan-making and decision-taking, and where opportunities are emerging in the current policy climate. 

Providing a wider national context, Zach Simons KC of Landmark Chambers will join us as keynote speaker, sharing insight into appeal trends, planning reform and the direction of travel for policy,  setting the scene for our regional updates and a panel discussion.
