Our latest Databook provides an update on the Cambridgeshire Industrial Market

 
While there is strong demand for industrial space in Cambridge, the lack of large units over 50,000 sq ft is limiting take-up and forcing some firms to consider other locations. On the plus side, more mid-tech units are being developed, which will help meet demand from science & tech companies. Prime standard industrial and prime mid-tech rents in Cambridge rose in the first half of 2025 to £20.00 per sq ft and £26.50 per sq ft, respectively.
