Social Initiatives

Empowering local communities across East Dartmoor through inclusive social initiatives that support nature, wellbeing, and long-term resilience.

The EDLRA will support the local community by facilitating grassroots action and delivering annual learning events to care better for East Dartmoor nature, wellbeing sessions, and youth engagement sessions.

Festivals, exhibitions, and creative events around wildlife and resilience within this landscape will reach over 5,000 people and inspire future involvement in conserving this very special place.

Local economies will be strengthened through apprenticeships, rural skills training, and the creation of  sustained local jobs.

You can support a wide range of social initiatives across this landscape, from the delivery of vibrant and inclusive engagement programmes, to the development of new digital tools to improve accessibility and education and  youth engagement sessions.

Work with us to tailor a social initiative that aligns with your targets and brand identity to demonstrate your commitment to the environment and community action for nature and wellbeing.
