Following the acquisition of land on behalf of our clients, we worked with the promoter to obtain planning permission and then sell the consented site for maximum return.

We oversaw the exercise of an option over part of the land for 200 homes to the promoter, negotiated the sale of land for a further 1,100 homes together with the surrender of the promotion agreement, and then marketed and successfully sold land on the open market for the remaining 700 homes.

Using our extensive professional experience and market knowledge, we ensured that the process ran as smoothly as possible, to allow our clients’ objectives to be realised.

As the agent representing all four landowners we were able to bring their interests together, speaking with one voice and delivering real returns for the landowners.

The sales of our clients’ land allowed significant uplifts in value to be captured. The institutional clients’ investment KPIs were exceeded, and the private landowners received financial returns, which will provide financial security for them and future generations from the sale of the land.
