Acting for institutional funds, property companies, landowners and occupiers across the Eastern Region, Walter covers a range of disciplines including; disposals, acquisitions, development and lease consultancy. He is an experienced Expert Witness with significant knowledge in making submissions to Arbitrators, Independent Experts and Court.
Across his varied career, Walter has gained an extensive range of experience working on industrial and logistics projects, positioning him as a market expert in his field. Currently, he is working with clients to provide advice on the development, disposal and acquisition of various warehouse and logistics spaces in the East of England.
Walter enjoys the people-side of property, being able to get to know clients and occupiers alike on projects. The strong relationships he builds with his clients ensures he delivers a high level of client care through a collaborative approach.
Walter is a former semi-professional rugby player, where he has transferred his dedication and drive to the work he delivers to clients.
Walter was a part of the team which was crowned Eastern Echo’s ‘Best Property Advisor’ at the 2022 CamProp Fest.

Advised Tritax Symmetry on the development and disposal of 577,000 sq ft of warehouse space across four units on Phase 2. Advising on Phase 3, the development and disposal of a further three warehouse units totalling 927,000 sq ft.
Flagship Park, Peterborough
Advising Trebor Developments and Hillwood on the development and disposal of approximately 1.6m sq ft of speculatively developed warehouse and logistics space.
Hotel Chocolat, St Neots & Northampton
Advised Hotel Chocolat on the acquisition of warehouse and distribution space totalling 660,000 sq ft.
