Originally coming on board to develop our network in Oxfordshire, her role has grown to front group-wide growth across the Oxford to Cambridge Arc, with a key focus on ensuring we continue to be the go-to advisor for the College market.
Victoria has experience creating and developing marketing and business development strategies, across several industries. This knowledge is now utilized to help shape the development and effective implementation of Bidwells Group strategy.
As an ambassador for business change and initiatives, she takes a proactive approach shaping the innovative delivery of the thought-leading campaigns that define Bidwells in its chosen markets.
She can confidently build relationships with the key players in the industry to aid communication and best practise sharing.
