Tom Heanes

He is currently delivering a £90m college project and three separate schemes of approximately £3m for different clients.

He oversees budgets, programmes and contract requirements, acting to prevent delays and mitigate risk. Tom is able to take schemes through the full RIBA lifecycle, guiding and supporting clients through the process.

Tom has a hands-on approach that maintains project momentum and he emphasises strong, clear communication when working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Tom works to the principles of the RICS, delivering high standards of professional service accountability.
