Simon Mills

From working with institutional landowners and developers, to housebuilders and smaller landowners. Simon injects energy into the projects he works on and helps his clients to utilise and realise the value of their land.  

Working in both our Oxford and Milton Keynes’ offices allows Simon to work on a wide range of projects. Currently, he is working on a scheme for Queen’s College in Coventry. This is an allocated site which is expected to achieve planning permission rapidly. The different wants and needs of both the promoter and institutional landowner were met, ensuring the project’s potential was maximised.

Before joining Bidwells as a Graduate Residential Development Surveyor in 2017, Simon was a Teaching Assistant at a school for children with special needs and learning disabilities. Simon’s compassion allows him to place his client’s at the forefront of his work.
