Working on projects from inception through to completion, Sarah has a breadth of experience on all aspects of the planning process. Whether you need help on planning appeals or land promotion, she has the knowhow to best help you.
Based in Norwich, Sarah uses her knowledge of the area to secure planning, appeal decisions and offer advice for clients across East Anglia.
With experience working in the public sector, she provides a unique insight into the planning process for her clients and her skillset will enable her to identify the best strategy for your project.
Sarah has worked extensively across a range of sectors including retail, education and health. She also has significant experience in leading multi-disciplinary consultant teams to deliver flexible planning consents on major development schemes, both locally and nationally.

Nutrient Neutrality – One year on
Twelve months ago, the words ‘Nutrient Neutrality’ didn’t mean a huge amount to many of us working in the East of England; it was a peripheral issue, affecting development elsewhere. But overnight on 16th March 2022, all that changed with the publication of Natural England’s letter advising 42 additional Local Planning Authorities, including all of the Norfolk Authorities, that projects and plans could only go ahead if they would not cause additional nutrient pollution.
