Having primarily focused on Central London projects for the first part of his career, Sam has gained unparalleled insights into working with demanding clients on large-scale commercial and residential developments within central London boroughs.
Sam's expertise extends to a wide variety of asset types. From orchestrating major co-living developments, including a remarkable 795-unit, 36-storey tower in Tower Hamlets - his versatility knows no bounds.
Sam excels at bridging the gap between clients and local authorities. His role often involves compiling planning documents, and managing consultation responses from various stakeholders.

Office to Residential Use under Permitted Development – What do the reforms mean?
On 5th March 2024, amendments to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (“the GPDO”) are coming into force. The reforms will remove previously enforced qualifying criteria for the conversion of office floorspace to residential under permitted development rights.
