Based in our Milton Keynes planning team, Robert works with clients across the South and East Midlands regions, successfully promoting strategic land for development, providing planning research to identify development opportunities and the management of multi-disciplinary project teams through planning applications and appeals.
With experience across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, Robert is equipped with widespread geographical knowledge which helps him to provide you with a well-grounded planning strategy. Robert recognises the importance of placemaking, particularly enhancing social infrastructure to better local communities. His positive and proactive approach allows him to manage clients’ expectations, ensuring a positive yet realistic outcome.
Experienced in plan-making and the development management process, Robert has acted as planning agent for a number of landowners, promoters, developers and national housebuilders across the region.
