The client accounting team is embedded with the commercial property team, allowing a joined-up approach to be taken leading to improved rent collection and smoother running service charges.
From the O2 Arena to Dunsfold Airport, Neil works on an extensive range of properties and clients. He tailors his approach to his clients’ needs such as traditional rent collection, large development project accounting and the production of statutory accounts.
Having built a good working culture among his team and established a strong rapport with his client base, Neil works collaboratively with others to deliver on his clients’ visions.
In addition to the £100m of rental income, he is responsible for collecting and administering approximately £10m pa of service charge income. Neil has an expansive knowledge of the RICS service charge code and the production of company accounts.
