With over a decade of specialist Oxfordshire property expertise, strengthened by an academic foundation in planning and real estate, Maxine leads Bidwells’ Residential Sales team in Oxford, bringing her blend of market intelligence, community insight and client focused service to every instruction.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with an undergraduate degree in City and Regional Planning and a master’s in Spatial Planning and Real Estate, Maxine has built a career defined by strategic insight, strong market knowledge and exceptional client care.

Beginning her career with a respected independent lettings firm specialising in sourcing investment properties for buy to let landlords across Oxfordshire, Maxine went on to successfully grow their investment portfolio before moving to a large Oxford agency where she founded and established their residential sales department—growing it into the company’s most profitable division. She later joined a major independent agency, where she launched their Bicester office. Despite tough local and national market conditions, Maxine led the office to profitability within three years, cementing its position in a highly competitive marketplace.

Her experience includes securing significant off market sales for high net worth individuals and Oxford colleges, advising on residential investment strategy, and being invited to speak with colleagues and clients about the Oxfordshire investment landscape. Maxine is also on her pathway to becoming RICS accredited as a Registered Valuer, further strengthening her professional credentials and underscoring her commitment to industry excellence.
