Max’s spark for the industry was ignited through a family interest in property. His natural ability to listen and communicate has helped develop relationships and he now manages several commercial property portfolios including Cambridge University colleges, private property owners and large property funds.
Just like the industry in which he works, Max’s knowledge and experience has evolved over the years. He relishes the change in attitudes towards sustainability and the challenges this brings to property portfolios and client driven requests for building updates.
Max is always ahead of the game regarding government legislation and what it means for his clients. A conscientious team player, he enjoys working closely with other areas of our Investment and Property Management team to provide a cohesive, streamlined service for both tenants and clients.
