Maisie helps clients to manage their land in a way that works for nature and business.

With a Zoology degree focused on ecology, she brings a scientific perspective to each project, understanding that a farm or estate isn’t just a set of fields, but a living system. This perspective gives her an edge when reviewing land portfolios and advising on environmental value.
.
Before her current role, Maisie worked at Natural England, leading on protected sites and agri-environment schemes. She guided landowners on conservation strategies, balancing protection with practicality. Her work on the River Wensum and the Broads put her at the heart of some of the UK’s most sensitive landscapes.

She’s especially proud of helping design schemes to support rare species like turtle doves, and it is this type of hands-on, impact-driven work that motivates her.

Today, she thrives in a team pushing boundaries in Natural Capital. The sector is one of the most exciting and evolving areas of land consultancy, where finance and future-thinking meet, and where there is always something new to learn, and fresh challenges to tackle.

Maisie brings energy, purpose, and a deep love of the nature to everything she does.
