Lisa plays a central role in the day‑to‑day progression of lettings transactions, supporting landlords and tenants from initial marketing through to completion. She ensure properties are presented in the best way, manages applications and progresses tenancies efficiently, while maintaining consistently high standards of client service.

In addition, Lisa supports the ongoing growth of the Residential Lettings department and is instrumental in supporting the generation of new business. She works closely with colleagues and clients to identify opportunities, secure new instructions, and help grow our lettings portfolio across Cambridge and the wider region.

Lisa is a specialist in the Build to Rent sector, working with large‑scale, professionally managed schemes and institutional landlords. She is also highly regarded for her compliance expertise, providing clear, practical guidance on regulatory requirements and best practice, and helping clients navigate an increasingly complex legislative environment with confidence.
