Always going the extra mile, Katie spends her time working from our head office in Cambridge, as well as our Oxford and London offices and on her clients’ landed estates to ensure she provides a high level of service.  

From in-hand and let farms to residential, leisure and commercial properties – Katie maximises capital value and plans for succession. Constantly looking for new opportunities, Katie finds alternative income streams for her clients through identifying and overseeing rural development and diversification projects.  

With experience in restructuring agricultural and commercial property, negotiating leases and acquiring new assets, Katie has the right expertise to help her clients manage their estate and make them more profitable.  

Katie’s work on the Hall Barn Estate in Beaconsfield highlights her ability to help clients grow their assets and develop their portfolio. The conversion of a 6,000 sq. ft. dwelling into a private doctor’s surgery has not only boosted the estate’s return, but has also helped the local community.
