Jordan recently completed lease renewals on two Norwich industrial units, at 37,000 sq ft and 44,000 sq ft, which combined, yield more than £850,000 a year in rent. Both projects were settled above estimated rental value, giving the client longer-term income certainty. He has also managed a rent review on 20,000 sq ft of offices at Broadland Business Park and a 13,000 sq ft office lease renewal in Wymondham.

Jordan is currently managing lease consultancy across several Norwich industrial estates, including White Lodge Trading Estate, Hellesdon Park and Abbey Farm. A standout result is a rent review on 12,000 sq ft of industrial space that went well enough for the client to return for a second instruction, this time on 28,000 sq ft.

What Jordan values most is the variety in his role. No two instructions are alike, and neither are the people that work on them. He takes satisfaction in shaping outcomes for Norwich's commercial property market and seeing clients reach their goals.
Outside work, Jordan organises social events for Norwich's younger surveyor group.
