Jason’s sound knowledge and broad experience in his field is reflected in his success and retention of clients.

Jason is head of the Norwich Office with a wealth of experience across commercial and residential properties. He advises clients from large clue-chip companies through to private individuals and has over 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors.

Jason has been involved in complex dilapidation matters and successfully negotiated settlements for both landlord and tenant occupiers.

With a firm knowledge of the East Anglian market, Jason has been involved in advising on strategic property decisions, in assessing the condition of portfolios, advising on tactical moves and large developments. He has been involved in a number of commercial and public sector schemes with sound knowledge in healthcare and commercial /industrial developments.

Working in an historic city, Jason has experience in a number of restoration and conservation schemes of commercial and residential Listed Building projects.

ITV plc

  • Refurbishment of 30,000sq.ft. Grade ll Listed Building to create a new state of the art production control room, editing suite and open-plan news room.
  • Meetings were held with the various news teams, presenters, managers to assess how the available space could be utilised to provide the most efficient working areas. We produced detailed designs, procurement of the building works through to completion.
  • Approximate value: £1,000,000


Norfolk NHS Primary Care Trust Relocation

  • Project management of the relocation of 470 staff members from St Andrews House, Norwich into Lakeside 400, Elliot House and a number of premises on Hellesdon Park Industrial Estate.
  • Work involved acquisition surveys, space planning, workplace assessments, remodelling of new space, fit-out works, cost review and project management.
  • Approximate value: £1,500,000


Go-Ahead plc

  • Acquisition of industrial unit and extensive yard to their adjoining premises in Dereham. Undertaking full refurbishment and new hardstanding for a bus maintenance depot.
  • Approximate value: £800,000


Anaerobic Digestion plant, Kenninghall

  • Undertaking bank monitoring role for a new maize and chicken waste anaerobic digestion plant to provide 1.5 mega-watt of power to other sites on the estate and surplus back to the grid.
  • Approximate value: £5,000,000


The Crown Estate

  • Various dilapidations and refurbishments of industrial units ranging from 30,000sq,ft. to 5,000sq.ft.


Steele Law, Dilapidations

  • The Client was served with a dilapidations claim of in excess of £250,000.
  • Following successful negotiation and undertaking the dilapidations works prior to the Lease expiry, the liability and costs to the client resulted in a saving of £175,000 which has resulted in the client instructing further works on other properties.
