James works across BNG sales and site marketing, connecting landowners with developers and shaping opportunities. He plays a key role in building relationships for our rural agency and natural capital teams, ensuring opportunities reach the right audience at the right time.

Before moving into practice, James spent three years working within Parliament and was indirectly involved in developing and advancing the Biodiversity Net Gain legislation, giving him a rare insight into how BNG operates from both a regulatory and commercial perspective. That experience now underpins his advice, helping clients navigate compliance with clarity and confidence.

James works across BNG sales and site marketing, connecting landowners with developers and shaping opportunities. He plays a key role in building relationships for our rural agency and natural capital teams, ensuring opportunities reach the right audience at the right time.

With a background as a Head of Photography, James brings a strong visual and marketing edge to his work. He understands how to present land and property effectively, using imagery and storytelling to maximise appeal and value.
