Ian has worked in the development sector for over 25 years focussing on residential development. He acts for clients across East Anglia and the South-East advising on development land sales and promotion and option agreements. He also acts as an Expert Valuer. 

He advises a range of landowning clients including Cambridge Colleges, private landowners, plcs, trusts, charities, public sector organisations and small businesses. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995.

Prior to joining Bidwells Ian held positions in development consultancy with an international property advisor in London and in a development role for a plc property company. Since joining Bidwells in 2004 he has focussed on residential development land transactions and advising landowners on the promotion and disposal of strategic land.
