Ian has worked in the development sector for over 25 years, focussing on residential development.

He acts for a range of landowning clients including Cambridge Colleges, private landowners, plcs, trusts, charities, public sector organisations and small businesses. Ian qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Prior to joining Bidwells, Ian held positions in development consultancy with an international property advisor in London, and in a development role for a plc property company.
Since joining Bidwells in 2004, he has focussed on residential development land transactions and advising landowners on the promotion and disposal of strategic land.
