ian wakeling
Partner, Project Management

Ian has over 17 years of property and construction experience.

He has practised as an architect, construction design manager, and now as a project manager, on a broad range of projects.

This diverse experience gives him the ability to influence a project from its inception and feasibility, whilst critically appraising how the project will be constructed and delivered.

His skills as an architect allow him to orchestrate the definition and collation of a project brief, whilst considering how this responds to an organisation’s overall business plan strategy.

Ian has strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow him to liaise efficiently and effectively with the client team, and to act as the first point of contact when interpreting and clarifying the client’s requirements in order to convey them to the appointed consultant team, thereby generating design proposals.
