Ella brings a fresh perspective to construction and project management. The variety of clients, projects and challenges she works with everyday has given her the skills to juggle complex teams and project demands while staying focused on project delivery.

Her role is client-facing and detail driven. Ella manages day-to-day project delivery, coordinating consultants and contractors, ensuring surveyors and site teams have access when needed, and guiding her clients through every step. Ella oversees invoicing and billing with accuracy – raising queries where necessary - and produces detailed reports clients can trust.

Ella takes as much pleasure in the technical aspects of property consultancy as she does in building strong relationships with people. She enjoys extensive report writing and pays close attention to detail, embracing new jargon, and throwing herself into the deep end, taking pride in learning as she goes.

What excites her about the industry is its pace, the specialist knowledge, and its visible results. Every project shows the direct impact of her efforts.
