Since joining Bidwells, Darcey has been involved in a variety of projects, focusing specifically on heritage and education schemes.

Having worked in both the public and private sectors across Oxfordshire, Darcey has extensive knowledge of the region’s planning processes. She enjoys working collaboratively with the Oxford planning team from carrying out research into planning appraisals, to advising on heritage constraints and master planning.
Darcey is a tenacious individual and for the past five years has been working towards her RTPI Chartered Town Planner degree via Apprenticeship. She did this whilst working full time and has obtained her undergraduate degree and Master’s, and is now preparing to apply for her RTPI Chartership.
Darcey has extensive knowledge of the Oxfordshire planning sector and its processes but is always looking to build her career. She is currently working on projects across the UK to expand her knowledge base and this is also giving her the chance to work with colleagues in other Bidwells offices on their local projects. This knowledge is a great tool for her to expand her understanding of different client approaches.
