Her proactive and innovative approach to her work helps Dani to deliver services punctually and to a high standard. Dani works for a range of clients including private landowners, councils, land owning businesses and utility companies.
Providing strategic advice on the management of mixed property portfolios, Dani helps her clients find new opportunities to spread risk, improve profitability, and enhance the sustainability of their estate and rural assets.
Regularly working on diversification projects, Dani identifies alternative uses for a range of properties. From listed buildings and museums to redundant agricultural and commercial buildings, Dani conducts full site appraisals, investigates planning policy and evaluates returns.
Dani founded Cambridge Girls’ Networking group in 2014 to provide a platform for likeminded property professionals to connect, spread knowledge and share experiences.
