From universities and schools to residential developments and even sports stadia – Billy has worked on schemes across a wide range of asset types.

Described as a practical planner, Billy delivers a hands-on approach to his work on projects across the UK. By working collaboratively with his clients to understand their unique set of needs and their existing planning knowledge, Billy strives to provide a tailored approach on every project he works on.
A landmark project in Billy’s career has been providing a new special educational needs school for the London Borough of Hillingdon. Billy managed the technical elements of the application, which included proposing a large extension to existing structures within the Green Belt.
Bedford School required strategic planning advice and guidance on a project which included several Grade II Listed Buildings. Billy provided sound advice and insight on this complex site. In addition to his work on educational assets, he has worked on several new community projects including a 500-home scheme, Berryhill, in Scotland.
Billy enjoys the tangible nature of his job and seeing the impact planning and infrastructure has on the communities he serves. He has a large amount of experience working on university campuses, and schools for clients who have and manage a larger estate and need assistance with masterplanning.
Working collaboratively and as part of a team is second nature to Billy. He plays a vital role in the development of our London-based Planning team by providing guidance and support to the team’s junior planners.
Billy is a Chartered Member if the RTPI.
