Ben has developed deep experience in programme and risk management, financial control, planning, procurement, health and safety, stakeholder engagement and project governance. He combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to lead complex projects. This breadth of experience enables him to anticipate challenges, understand competing priorities, identify opportunities and have the proven ability to turn plans into reality.
