Coordinating large multi-disciplinary teams and solving complex planning issues to achieve her clients’ ambitions is what Alison is best known for. A strong team player with a reputation for reliability, she prides herself on building the most compelling planning case possible and striving to deliver results for her clients.
Alison has over 14 years’ experience in the private sector across the Southeast Region and has worked on a wide range of medium and large-scale commercial, residential and mixed-use proposals on behalf of private investors, developers, rural estates and national house builders.
She secured planning permission for Cambridge’s first new railway station in 170 years and led the delivery of the first phase of development at Cambridge North including a 4 star 217-bed hotel and 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. Now leading on the next phase, she is helping to deliver the city’s next innovation district.
Alison also provides science and technology-focussed planning advice to the world-leading Babraham Research Campus and is helping to deliver further R&D and Office space through the planning application and Local Plan process.
