All three join Bidwells from Buro Four, bringing with them significant client and project management experience. They will reunite with David Boles, who leads Bidwells northern operations, as the company advances its objective to double the size of the business by 2030.
Gary James has extensive expertise in managing complex projects across a wide range of sectors, including residential, regeneration, life sciences, manufacturing & cultural heritage. His project portfolio includes work with Bruntwood SciTech on the Citylabs cluster in Manchester, MUSE Developments at Stockport Exchange, Legal & General BTR developments and the transformation of the Manchester Jewish Museum.
Andrew Cobbold’s notable experience includes New Bailey residential developments for English Cities Fund, the award-winning First Light Pavillion and the SKAO Global Headquarters at Jodrell Bank for the University of Manchester, Stretford Mall with Bruntwood, Hylton Castle restoration in Sunderland and support for Anglo American at their Woodsmith Mine Development, North Yorkshire. His broad experience and project management skills make him a real asset to the Bidwells team and its clients.
Benjamin Flenley, having recently passed his APC, has excellent experience supporting the delivery of developments in the residential, corporate, higher education and commercial sectors. He is well regarded by clients and consultants and joins Bidwells to develop his career and the business.
