Bidwells named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service Estate Management Framework

Bidwells has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Framework (RM6343), strengthening the firm’s ability to support public sector organisations across the UK.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Through the framework, public sector organisations can access Bidwells’ services across the following Lots:

• Lot 4 – Property Management

• Lot 5 – Building Surveying

• Lot 6 – Agency

The framework provides a clear, compliant route for public sector bodies to appoint experienced property advisers, supporting the effective management and optimisation of property portfolios.
