Bidwells Appoints New Director to Drive Client Experience and Business Development

Bidwells has appointed Lisa Brown as its first Director of Client Experience and Business Development.

The role is newly created and aimed at building on the qualities clients already value most: clear communication, proactive advice, and a joined-up approach across teams.

Lisa will work closely with clients in the firm’s key sectors, science and technology, sustainability, and the UK’s living sectors, drawing on the firm’s strong track record of client satisfaction. Bidwells takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes and experience for all its clients and this is evidenced by consistently high customer satisfaction scores, placing them in top centile of world-renowned brands, far exceeding that of the property industry average.

Clients’ highlight trusted relationships, service quality and business understanding as the main reasons they continue to work with the Partnership, and this appointment will help ensure these strengths are consistently reflected across its broad range of real estate services, reflecting Bidwells’ ongoing focus on innovation, collaboration and service excellence, with client success at the heart of its growth strategy.

Lisa brings seven years of experience from JLL, where she led the firm’s UK-wide client experience programme. She is known for turning client insight into practical improvements, helping teams work more collaboratively and ensuring clients feel supported at every stage of a project.
