Bidwells has been appointed as sole agents at Cranfield University Technology Park, reflecting the strength of the firm’s science and technology expertise across the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor and its ability to deliver informed, sector-led advice.

The Technology Park comprises approximately 77,000 sq ft of accommodation across three buildings – the Innovation Centre, Derwent House and Trent House – and is home to 47 occupiers operating across a broad range of innovation-led sectors, including energy technology, aerospace, defence, and climate and sustainability. Located at the mid-point of the OxCam Arc, and neighbouring both Cranfield University and Cranfield Airport, the Park offers a highly strategic environment for knowledge-based businesses.

The sole agency appointment is underpinned by Bidwells’ deep understanding of the science and technology market, alongside detailed regional insight across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. This combines wider market knowledge with strong on-the-ground knowledge of the Park itself, enabling a proactive and targeted leasing strategy.

With a diverse tenant mix, strong university links and a prime Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor location, Cranfield University Technology Park is well positioned for future growth. Bidwells’ sole agency role will focus on building on this momentum, attracting high-quality occupiers and further strengthening the Park’s position as a leading science and technology destination.

Holly Dawson, Partner, Business Space Agency, at Bidwells, said:

“Being appointed as sole agents at Cranfield University Technology Park is a strong endorsement of our science and technology credentials across the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor. The Park occupies a highly strategic position within the Growth Corridor, and its immediate proximity to Cranfield University make it particularly attractive to innovation-led occupiers. By combining our wider Growth Corridor perspective with detailed local market insight, we are well placed to build on recent momentum and continue to attract high-quality businesses aligned with the Park’s strengths.”
